La Paz, Bolivia

Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia

The bus trip into Bolivia from Argentina

Starting the climb from Villazon to 2900m altitude in Tupiza

In Tupiza - my friend Belinda with our first Bolivian ice creams!

Traditional Bolivian women - they're all dressed like this and they all have braids!

Random town with the worst public toilet ever! I think it was a permanent long drop!

Starting the climb from Tupiza to 3650m altitude in Uyuni

Up through the hills on 8 hours of bumpy dirt roads, getting dizzy and nauseated...

This was a bus stop. People actually live in the middle of nowhere...

Which was a 'museum' of llama sculptures... and also crafts...

Theres a volcano somewhere under the salar! This water is bubbling up but still cold
